How are trips counted?
One trip counts as one
Whether there are 2 or 40 pilgrims on it — the number of customers or bookings makes no difference.
A trip falls through?
As long as you cancel or delete it before the departure date, it does not count toward your yearly credit.
Credit runs per year
Your credit applies per subscription year and resets to zero on your renewal date.
Month or year, same credit
Paying monthly or yearly gives exactly the same credit — yearly is only cheaper.

Yes, at any time. Upgrading takes effect immediately — handy if you reach your trips credit and want to continue right away. We only settle the difference pro-rata for the remaining time of your period; what you already paid and your trips counter stay in place. A lower package takes effect on your next renewal date. Your data stays either way.
Nothing blocking. You get a friendly heads-up in the app and you just keep working — we never lock you out.
No. Only trips you actually create and keep count. If you cancel a trip, it does not count toward your yearly credit.
