Terms of service

Last updated: May 7, 2026

Note: these terms will soon be rewritten by a Dutch lawyer. The text below is a working version so agencies already know where they stand.

This English text is a convenience translation. In case of any difference, the Dutch version prevails.

1. What is UmrahManager?

UmrahManager is an online software service (SaaS) that lets Umrah and Hajj travel agencies manage their customers, trips, documents and payments.

2. Subscription & cancellation

We work with subscriptions that are cancellable monthly or yearly. No long-term contracts, no notice period. A monthly contract runs until the end of the paid month; a yearly contract until the end of the year. After that it stops automatically.

3. Trial period

30 days free on all plans, no payment card needed. After the trial the chosen plan becomes active — we ask for explicit consent for that, no automatic conversion without confirmation.

4. The agency's responsibility

The agency itself is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data it enters. The agency ensures it has consent from its own customers to store their data in UmrahManager.

5. Availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime. However, we are not a bank — for planned maintenance we announce it in advance, and for unexpected outages we report it as soon as possible via WhatsApp and email. No hard SLA for Starter / Pro / Scale; for Enterprise an SLA agreement is available.

6. Liability

We do our utmost, but UmrahManager is provided “as-is”. Our liability for damages is limited to a maximum of the amount the agency has paid for the service in the past 6 months. Not liable for consequential damage, lost profit or indirect damage.

7. Changes

For changes to these terms or to the price we inform you at least 30 days in advance by email. In that case the agency can cancel free of charge.

8. Governing law

Dutch law applies to this agreement. We prefer to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion first. If that fails, the competent court in the Netherlands has jurisdiction.
